1. How do I track my order?

2. What are the shipping charges & time?
Delivery charges Rs Flat 200 and we offer Free Standard Shipping if your order is over Rs. 5,000/. Shipping may take 3-4 working days.

3. What are the exchange, return and refund policies for Zouqee?
Any product may be returned within 10 days of purchase. For any product that you are not satisfied with, please call +92 300 3302231 or email us and you’ll receive instruction on how to get an exchange or a refund.
If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instruction on how to send the product back.

4. How do I return Zouqee products if purchased from a different store?
If you purchased MPC Health products at one of our shops, please return the item to that store according to their return and refund policy.
